This doesn't have to be sad. Not only is your dog going to have SO MUCH FUN, but you get to see your dog on our social media channels. Nothing makes us happier than seeing dogs having a blast, so we share it. A LOT. Included with all boarding packages, your dog will enjoy running and playing with friends in monitored dayplay ALL DAY LONG.

WHAT'S INCLUDED (the perks):

• All pets are included in our dayplay program while boarding overnight with us, which may be the biggest difference between us and other boarding facilities
• We ensure your dog is staying in an appropriate sized crate/room according to their size and needs (2' x 3' and 5' x 5')
• in each crate, your dog is provided a blanket and/or pet bed
• in each 5x5 room, we provide a raised bed and blanket
• We have a low staff to dog ratio to ensure your pet receives one-on-one attention and care
• We only use high quality effective cleaning products safe for your pets
• No additional fees for medication and extra meals and/or treats
• You gain access to our exclusive Dayplay Hub Facebook group where we post daily photos and videos of the pets staying with us
• Owners and managers have 24/7 access to our many cameras and thermostats to ensure to keep watch of your dog day and night
• If your pet is struggling to eat while with us (which is normal when staying in a new place), our employees work with your pet and will even hand feed them, if necessary. Their comfortability is top priority to us.

FINE PRINT:

• additional $12/night fee for dogs that are not spayed or neutered
• dog parents are responsible for bringing ALL food, treats, medication, etc. we'd prefer it all in separate labeled bags, if possible.
• medicine may be given upon request, but no shots please. we just aren't prepared for that.
• any boarding stays 7+ days will receive a FREE outgoing bath... YAY!
• a 25% deposit is required and a card must be on file, but don't worry, we have all that in our customer portal or in person
• if grooming service is requested, please do so at time of booking. we can't guarantee any last-minute bookings.
• any boarding reservations scheduled on the day before, the day of and the day after New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas will incur an additional fee of $10 per day/per dog.
